So last year around this time i had a UTI, my only symptom that made me figure i had one was that i had cloudy and an odor to my pee, nothing hurt or anything. This time, i started with a soreness in my lower back over the weekend and i just thought i had slept wrong, now today im having reallllly sharp cramps in my lower stomach and heavier than normal white discharge, but no cloudy or odor to my pee and it doesnt hurt when i pee or anything, its just like a period pain but more intense when i sit a certain position or when i stand up and a small aching feeling in my lower back. Im not pregnant or anything because im in a LDR so thats ruled out and my periods have been regular . Heres a pic of what the discharge looks like, any clues as to what it may be?
