Will a flat head resolve itself?

Has anyone had a baby with a flat/cone shaped head that rounded out on its own? He had a severe cone head when he was born. We gave him a lot of tummy time and he even sleeps on his side. He is now 7 months still with a flat head! The doctor doesn’t seem to concerned 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'd get a second opinion. The skull is rapidly getting less flexible.

At 7 months there isn’t going to be much change as the ones in the skull are growing thicker and getting less flexible. Look into cranial helmets they will be your best option. My daughter had one from 4-9 months old, best decision we ever made!

If you look at cases bad enough for them to need a helmet to correct it, your son isn’t close to those. My daughters was kind of flat and the doctor said it would round itself out the less time she spent on it as she was growing and it definitely did. Her head isn’t flat at all

He should definitely be seen by a doctor. That’s not normal
