I nursed my son and daughter on demand from day one to day 700 lol. Not exaggerating. But with this third baby it will be my first nursling while I have a job outside of the home. Should I start with a schedule or just introduce one at 4 weeks when I start going back to work??

Still feed on demand so your production is up when you return to work. Also pump extra bottles before returning from maternity leave. Stress can affect production so it’s a nice back up in case it happens
