Yalll 😭😭

I’ve been spotting since Friday night, I went to the ER and everything I was okay.. seems like things got worst Sunday so I asked my OB could I come in Monday morning.. everything was found baby HR 180 and I saw him moving.. but this morning I was hurting so bad went to the bathroom and passed the biggest clot.. I just knew it was my baby but I was still hoping it’ll be some type of miracle.. but Nooo.. I lost my baby at 13 weeks.. I’m trying not to breakdown but I am me and my partner told all our family at 12 weeks, now we got to tell everyone I miscarried 😭😭😭
