For the past 2+ hours I’ve been having off/on contractions in my belly, no pain what so ever in the front but I can feel the tightness. It’ll sometimes even take my breath away from how tight it gets. My lower back has been off/on achey/sore along with the tightening. This is baby #2 for me and with babe #1 when I had contractions I very distinctively remember them being in the front, very low and felt like someone was squeezing my uterus. Sometimes the contractions in the front and the back pain sync and sometimes they don’t. Nothing is so painful that I can’t handle it and i have a doctors appointment on Thursday. I’m hoping to wait it out til then unless pain gets worse.

Has anyone else ever had this? I’m just not sure if it’s Braxton Hicks with generalized sore back or if it’s actually contractions with some back labor pains?
