Ok soo I need some help with this. Sorry TMI PIC

I was having cramps, hurting boobs, some nausea here and there. This was like a week ago. I still have some cramps and little bit of nausea. My boobs still hurt though. Glow is saying that my period is 22 days late. I took a test today and it’s negative but I did spot. A little bit. It was like reddish brown when I wiped. I put on a pad thinking it was my period but it’s clean. I wipe and and nothing. What could it be. We have been trying to have another baby for about a year now but nothing.
