PREGNANT & BLEEDING! Help

So my husband and I have been trying to conceive for three months. I took a test around 3pm today and it was POSITIVE!! We were so excited and I called my doctor right away. However, like an hour later I noticed when I went to the bathroom and wiped there was blood and I have VERY mild cramps. No clots but it is definitely RED not pink or brown...I am 12 DPO and this is my first pregnancy...every time I go to the bathroom there is blood
