Should I be fine

My period ended Friday and I had sex saturdAy night and we used protection and it was a spermicide condom and we put water in it afterwards to check and see if there were any leaks which weren’t and he never ejaculated at all in me or after wards so should I be fine ? Not trying to be pregnant .
