LABOR?

Contractions for the last 3 1/2 hours, lasting about a minute and a half, every 5 minutes. Some back pain not too bad though. Contractions keep coming no matter what position I’m in. Water hasn’t broken but I have seen a lot of discharge possible mucus plug. No blood. I also have a migraine. Getting anxious....

Would you go in? I’ve already called my dr office just waiting to hear back
