Any hairstylists that can help me???

Hey everybody,

So in August I went to get a balayage done which looked great. However, I decided that I want to go way lighter and cut my hair. If you’re a hairstylist or have gotten balayage I have some questions

1. What’s the process to get hair like the pic with the short hair? And what would you charge.

2. How do you care of your balayage.

3. How do you retouch up your balayage and how often? How much should they be charging me if im not changing the color and want to keep it the same?
