Do other people have this problem?

I am unable to swallow pills. I always take the liquid version of medication because I absolutely cannot swallow pills, even tiny ones. I have tried all the tricks in the book to try and learn to but nothing helps. Am I the only one that has this issue?

I used to be like this too but i practiced and i always put the drink in my mouth first

I was like that but I’ve gotten slightly better. I can take tiny ones or the shiny caplet type ones. I still can’t take paracetamol or anything that is a powdery type, not sure if it’s the taste or the texture but they always make me gag and vomit!!

I never had this problem until I became pregnant and for some reason it almost kills me to swallow my prenatal and my bill for morning sickness. I hope this passes soon

I hate taking pills I'm a diabetic and I have to force myself to take them it is not easy I take them with soda so I can't taste it them it sucks

I was that way for a long time. I still am weird when I take them - I put water in my mouth, then the pill and then swallow. Putting the pill directly on my tongue bothers me. I became much more accustomed to it when I was hospitalized and given cupfuls of pills every few hours. You can overcome a great deal when forced to.

I was like that for the longest time but thankfully it passed somehow without me ever realizing. However, horse pills are still the biggest struggle.
