Postpartum nightmares
So apparently postpartum nightmares are a thing 😭 I’m still at the hospital as my baby’s only 2 days old and woke up a few times breathing heavy and terrified. My nurses said it’s likely because she is in the NICU (doing really good but still). I very rarely have nightmares so this is kinda new to me! 😭
