Please help me 😭

Typing this right now I'm crying my eyes out . I just started my period after being late for a few days and the cramps are just so severe I can't take it anymore. It's going down my legs, plus I have a bad hip and the pain from both is hurting me so much I can't take it!!!! I took ibuprofen but it hasn't done. Anything and I usually take hot showers to help but our water heater is broke and I'm just bawling not knowing what to do but i seriously need help 😭😭😭😭😭 please someone
