HELP HELP HELP NEED ADVICE

My boyfriend was fingering me today (hard and quick) and it felt so good that I shifted my position. Because I shifted, that caused him to poke me, right above my actual vaginal opening and right below my clit.

There was blood and I took a pic to get a better look at it and after looking at it, it looked just like a scrape. But now it’s sore and has bled a little more. Can anyone give me any tips on how to get this to heal properly???
