I feel terrible!

I had my second 2 days ago, and I was holding her because she got cranky. But she ran the back of her head on my samsung note 8 plus pretty hard now I feel terrible like ive done something horrible to her and that I've hurt her. her head seems sensitive but she came up sunny side and the doctors had to use a vacuum to take her out. ,but now thats shes been fed and diapers changed she isnt fussy anymore. is it okay to let her sleep? I feel like a newbie but my first is 18 months, and it's long enough to where I've forgot everything.
