Heyy wonder if anyone else has similar symptoms?

Ok my attempt to explain

I get pains in either one side of my lower stomach when I'm pmsing it hurts to move almost like a sharp stitch, and last like a week I can feel like am constipated but going to the bathroom normally and that. I've been tested for polycystic ovaries and it's come back negative and nothing on an ultrasound. My periods are very irregular and I'm on no contraception.

Just curious if anyone else has similar symptoms and has a a diagnosis?

I'll just add my periods are normal when I get one not too heavy, last only 3 days and only hurts for one.
