Itchy vagina / NO discharge

So I recently just got rid of a UTI after my September period . Right after I had a really bad case of the dry diarrhea (TMI) when I was going thru that struggle I was noticing a really strong burning, itchy sensation coming from the bootyhole so I check it out and I got a hemorrhoid ! 😰😰

I’ve never had one , but my boyfriend said it was normal that those shrink within time . It did, BUUUUT soon after that . The ITCHING, BURNING sensation still lingers !! BUUT not only in my bootyhole BUT I think I might have cross contaminated whatever I had on my bootyhole up to the “hood” or clitoris .

My clitoris is and lips and the area between the anus and the vagina hole are super irritated and is starting to break and get sore from all the constant wiping with wipes and having to apply cream and itchy spray cause GIIIIRLLLL it itches ! And burns !

My boy says wait it out , but this isn’t normal at all !??

I’ve tried the baby rash paste DESITIN for the broken skin.

I’ve used Preperation H both wipes and cream (stopped issuing due to no hemorrhoid) .

And TUCKS witch hazel wipes (use for the coldness to relive itch around boothole) .

Vagisil when the lips get itchy

Monistat itchy spray for a quick no itchy session .

And witch hazel bar soap when I shower .

And then Vaseline sometimes when my area gets super irritated from the paste and vagisil

Spray works but stings so bad .

THERE IS NO SIGNS OF BUMPS OR OTHER PROBLEMS IT LOOKS SUPER NORMAL

SHOULD I JUST GO TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD OR A CLINIC ?

And if so I dont know which clinic
