Halloween favor for baby

Planning a Halloween party for mostly toddlers but there will be a couple babies - 3 months old

Obviously they won’t be looking for a favor but I’m making mini Halloween bag favors for all the other kids so I want to. But what to put in there? I’m putting in bubbles (even little babies like watching bubbles if their parents blow them) but what else?

The toddlers have a little slinky, mini play doh, smarties, and stickers.

Ideas of what to put in the babies bags (it’s obviously more so for the parents to look and but I want it to be baby appropriate)?? Gotta be things that are cheap!
