Teen Pregnancy?? 😭😭

Okay so before you judge and call me dumb hear my story I’m 17 and I had sex in August he had a condom and he didn’t ejaculate the condom did not rip. But I had spotting instead of my period and I’ve been stressing and my period has not been here and and it’s been like 2 months 1/2 I have been gaining weight and also my boobs are sore and my nipples are also a little darker I get headaches and also some cramps here and there I took pregnancy test like a month after and they were negative so I honestly don’t know what can be going on !!? HELP ???
