Spotting

I need some help, so I had my implant out September 17; been trying since my period took few months to start was regular until I got pregnant now I miscarriage in March... had my normal cycle after that then went with no period for three months and then a three week period now I was due on again 15 days ago I also know I ovulated twice this month one being when my period was due now I’ve been spotting on and off

For a week now..... I’ll explain what I mean by spotting there only a little

Blood when I wipe and when I think ok I’ll use a tampon there’s never nothing on it and the spotting stops now within that week I’ve had three days where I have had no spotting and the spotting has mostly looked like period blood and once I’ve had tidy clots in them no bigger than a small bead..... I went to hospital before the spotting (nearly two weeks ago) due to migraines and they did a pregnancy test and it was negative but I had only been late by 4 days and it was not my morning wee..... I don’t know weather to test again or not.......
