Drugs?

So my boyfriend has been acting more off than normal today. Ignored me all day due to an argument. We finally talked on the phone and his speech was very slurred. He doesn’t drink alcohol, he just smokes weed. But when he smokes weed he’s NEVER that slurred or careless. He was just acting like he didn’t care. I was crying on the phone and he kind of just laughed and brushed it off.

I’m not sure whether or not weed makes your speech slurred but I know that alcohol or pills do....

What do you think? I got off the phone with him because I got tired of him not making sense. He said he smoked a joint and he’s just really high and tired but he’s being unlike him.
