What to Eat?!

Hypothyroidism that made it difficult to get and stay pregnant? Sure. I can manage that.

Morning sickness going into 3rd trimester? That's fine, too. Just stay hydrated, watch what you eat, and focus on just keeping food down. I can juggle that, too.

Let's throw in being told I need to eat like I have gestational diabetes even if my full screen comes back saying im not diabetic. Eggs were my safe protein. Now just the smell of cooked and hard boiled eggs makes me hurl...including in my car while driving to work yesterday. Avacado was my safe healthy fat but the texture and smell...? That's on the hard no list now, too.

I'm basically down to plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened peanut butter, my morning coffee with unsweetened almond milk with stevia, and whole grain pita bread...

If anyone else has suggestions on how to handle morning sickness and a diabetic friendly diet I would greatly appreciate it.
