Moms of 2 close in age

Looking for words of wisdom from moms of 2 (or more!) close in age. I have a 2 year old who will be close to 3 when the new babe comes but she has special needs so developmentally she’s like a 10 month old. She’s pretty good with playing independently and isn’t an overly clingy child, but she still requires a good deal of one-on-one attention.

How did those of you with kids close in age handle it, especially the newborn period? Any magic tips you can provide?
