TTC help needed

Hello

So I stopped talking progesterone 3 months ago.

The whole month of September I had no period so I took a pregnancy test.. It had super super faint lines. I took 6 more.

3 negatives and 3 positives (super faint)

I had nausea and one morning I woke up with extreme lower back pains that lasted two days

The week after that negative tests, I went to get an ultrasound.. No baby. My Dr told me maybe I had a chemical pregnancy. (that was last week)

Now CD 57still no period. Everything looks normal in my ultrasound. My nipples hurt when I touch them Slight back pains. Creamy CM.

I don't know what to think 🤔
