Chlamydia?! Few questions

So I got tested for STD’s during a pelvic exam and they told me I have chlamydia. But I have 0 symptoms at all. No odor, no discharge (like dead serious, no kind of discharge what so ever) no itching, no burning.. no nothing!

Could it be a false positive..? I’ve only been with 1 person but like if he had it.. it had to have been like from 3-4 months ago. Is thAt possible?!

I got treated but he hasnt yet. He has no symptoms either. But like he had it a few years back and told me he had all kinds of symtptoms so he thunks im lying that i have it. Idk.
