Do I have a heavy period?
On my third day of my period I wore a regular absorbency tampon and I bleed through quite a bit. I also wore a light absorbency and COMPLETELY bled through it and through my pants. I have to wear a pad with my tampons otherwise I will bleed through my pants. I can’t leave a regular sized tampon in for more than four hours. Is that considered a heavy period?
