Okay so this year alone, I have had to take antibiotics for a variety of different things. Some of those including multiple UTIs, surgery, mono, etc. and it seems like every single time I’m on antibiotics I also get a yeast infection and it’s driving me insane. Does anyone else have this problem? And does anyone have any advice? My gynecologist doesn’t want to treat me for UTIs anymore and thinks I should see a specialist. I’m worried if I keep asking for yeast infection medication she’ll say I need a specialist for this as well. Is there anything I can do at home? Or does anyone know if there’s any medications at like CVS or Walmart that actually work? I’m 20 years old and desperate.
