What a 'PILE' of crap....

Girls I have piles..and boy are there sore...I definitely have internal ones but now there is a large purple grape size and coloured one on the outside. I can barely sit. Please help. What can I do..?? Will they get worse if I deliver naturally??

Oh you poor thing, I got these so bad after my first baby and am so worried about getting them again with my second due any day now. 
Get some cream from your pharmacy to treat them now and take it to the hospital with you. 
For sitting down. Fold two towels one for each but cheek to sit on (with a gap in the middle, where the grapes are). This will ease the pressure on them and reduce the pain.
They will go away after birth but will take time. Use wet wipes after you go to the toilet not paper (it will aggregate them more).
Ask your doctor for stronger cream if you need it and don’t be afraid to use micro enemas (up the but) to help you poop.

Preparation h numbing cream has saved me. And tucks wipes. On day 5 I pushed one back in- extremely painful but it worked.

I didn’t even have any before I had my daughter and I ended up getting them due to pushing. Witch hazel pads are amazing as they help numb things a bit. There are recipes online where you can turn a maxi pad into a cooling pad. I can’t remember where I saw it. Hope this helps!
