Morning sickness only once?

Question

Is it possible to only be sick for one day or was it most likely something else? I got sick when I got up for work at exactly 6 weeks. I am now 6w5d and haven’t been sick since. I know it sounds weird but I almost wish I would be sick so I would feel more pregnant. 😔 Do you think it will come back ? Any experiences please share

I never actually got sick during my early pregnancy. Granted, there were certain days I was a little nauseous but it never lasted an entire day and I never vomited. I was honestly concerned and thought maybe I wasn't pregnant... but here I am at 36 weeks!

Don’t wish for the sickness!!!! Lol when I was 6 weeks I felt great and kept bragging about how good i felt. I had horrible sickness with my son. Here I am @ 8 weeks and want to die. 
The nausea and vomiting is AWFUL. Enjoy feeling good! Lol

i only got sick one day so far this pregnancy. it landed me in the er due to diabetes and the pregnancy. they tried one anti nausea med but i didn't help so they did iv meds and finally had relief. they thought was most likely something i ate due to it being so bad and just the one day

With my first two pregnancies I only was sick a handful of times throughout. This time around I couldn't keep anything down. It really just depends but I do think you can have morning sickness once. Different things triggered mine with my first pregnancy. I remember Doritos specifically but NOTHING else.
