Light bleeding

Has anyone who has frequent yeast infections ever had spotting or very light bleeding. It’s so light I’d say spotting but it’s pink & it doesn’t always show. Only after I put in the miconazole I usually have some light spotting & my period is done so it’s not that . I had the 3 day treatment I’m not itchy or anything anymore but I did continue putting in the 3rd one last night
