UTI Natural Home Treatments? Please Help

Im 18 years old and I live with my mom and she is very.."quiet" when it comes to talking about vaginal health . Recently I had Protected sex with a guy and I did not pee afterwards since I didn't feel the urge to. The day after I woke up on my period as well as having a painful time peeing and It continued till I realized now that I 80% chance I hav a UTI because alongside that I've been having cloudy pee and bloated etc. So Now I've come to eve for some advice on any home remedies to cure UTI's since there's a huge chance I won't be able to use the insurance card to go get antibotics without my mom disowning me ( yes the stigma aganist vagina health is that bad ). Any advice ? and if push comes to shover I will go and get antibotics but I want to be sure thats the last option. Thank you !
