Low carb diet?

Ok so I’m really trying to be healthy. I wanted to try going low carb. Not NO carb but LOW carb. Do any of you do this? I usually eat rice or pasta or something like that almost every day. So now I’m trying to only have those every so often. I wanted to do keto but I don’t like having to add a bunch of butter or something to everything to keep up with my fats. And plus i heard once you stop keto your weight goes up super fast! Let me know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions! 🤗
