Someone please calm my nerves!

I found out about a week ago that I am pregnant! I have my first dr appointment on Thursday. This will be my second child. I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom. When I wiped I had a very small amount of pink spotting. I’m totally freaking out. I’m not cramping at all and I’ve gone back a couple times to see if there is more bleeding but there’s nothing. Can I be having a miscarriage? I guess I just need some words of encouragement because I’m just finding myself worrying. 😩please God let my baby be okay!! 🙏🙏
