Stupid question probably

Is this washer/dryer connections?

I’m wondering if it is because the space seems to be a bit small for a washer and dryer plus the hole in the wall leads to nothing

I know about the ones that stand up on top of each other but the hole leads to nothing I just signed my lease and they changed the fridge and stuff around and I didn’t notice it til now

No, you are supposed to hook a hose to it and run the hose behind the kitchen sink, this is so the faucet works. The sink won’t work without it. The other hole is a laundry chute. 😁

No I was just teasing. I get goofy when I’m tired. All my mid afternoon responses are serious. In morning and night time responses I Sound a bit crazy.

The sink works without any hookups? I just wanted to know what it was because I don’t want a gigantic unknown source in my apartment

Yes. Probably for compact, stackable washer and dryer. I'm not sure how you know the hole for the dryer vent doesn't lead anywhere, but if that's the case then call the landlord and ask about it. It has to vent outside.

I was thinking the same but the hole leads to a closet I figured it goes there because there’s lint in the closet
