UTI? Or something else?

Hey ladies, so recently I’ve been having more sex with my mans and usually I pee about an hour after and so far I’ve been good. However, yesterday I was doing a solo sesh because my man was out with friends, and suddenly the area around my urethra started burning? I’ve never had a uti or yeast infection and both me and my guy are clean of stds. Idk how to describe the pain but it’s like it burns when I pee, and when I stand it feels like my urethra is gonna fall out of me. If anyone has experienced this please let me know what you did and when I should see a doctor!😓
