Mid cycle cramping?

Please help. I'm not sure what's going on but i'm cramping, have horrible lower back pain and feel exhausted. We've been trying for 8 months now. This month we started the day after my period ended. Today is CD18 i'm not sure what to think. Any suggestions?  Am I pregnant? Is it in the works?  Ugh I hate this.

Cramping, fatigue, back pain, sore breasts, headaches are the most common symptoms after ovulation & before AF. I get this almost every month, along with growing a full cup of breasts too. (They go down the moment AF comes). Important thing is to track YOUR body from month to month. What is normal for me may not be normal for you and vice versa. If you see new symptoms start to repeat themselves month after month, then it wouldn’t hurt to consult your doctor of your body’s changes.
