Herpes? Or spider bite?

About 3/4 years ago I got bit by a spider on my lip and it swelled up like this. I’m now 5 weeks pregnant and I want to know if anyone knows about spider bites on lips or if it’s possible that I might have herpes. It doesn’t hurt it feels numb unless like salt or sour stuff gets on it because it’s an open wound. It sends a pain down the side of my face but and it makes half of my face itchy but the wound itself is not itchy. I’m just so curious on what it really is, if you have a idea of what it is please comment. I hope all you lovelies have a great day!
