Help?

I missed two days of my pills September 8-9th. And I had weird bleeding after I took one pill on the 10th-15th. I did not double up. I then had unprotected sex on the 17th and he came inside me. I’m now about a week or less away from my period pills (starting Wednesday, usually three days in to the pill before bleeding) This week I have had lots of mucus and congestion. Super tired all the time it feels and I have AWFUL pain in my breast and nipples I can’t even sleep comfy. I also notice more veins in my boobs. I took a test yesterday 10/12 and it was negative. Was it too soon?
