Having your period is the shedding of your uterine lining and if that happened while you were pregnant everything including the embryo and other products of conception would come out of you.

It isnt period but can be similar. My mum found out she was pregnant at 4.5 months (only symptom was her belly getting bigger). She had no idea as she was bleeding 4-5 days a month exactly the same time her period would come so she always thought its a normal period.
