Long distance relationships??

Question

So I’ve been talking to a guy who used to go to my high school but is now a freshman in college. We’ve been talking practically everyday and I care about him. However he lives about 1200 miles away and with my anxiety it makes things a little difficult. Does anyone have any advice or experience that they could give???

Patience & trust. My husband currently lives in England & I’m in California. He was here for 3 months and I’m going there in November for 2 months! Video chat as much as you can, have faith that it’ll all work out & trust each other!

I’ve done long distance twice with the same guy. Once when he graduated college a year and a half before me (I moved to his city after I graduated) and once when he got accepted into vet school while I had just signed a teaching contract. We got married after his first year of school and spent the first 3 years of marriage apart. He graduated a year and a half ago and we are still going strong. All in All we’ve been together for 11 years. It’s hard work, but you can do it!
