My miscarriage with having pcos

Hi, my names Ashley. I was diagnosed with PCOS at maybe 15 or 16. I met my husband at 17 and got married at 18. I'm now 19. We've been trying to concieve since a bit before the marriage and it finally worked. I was so happy. I was thrilled. I bought a bunch of stuff for the baby. I was so happy. I really connected with the baby. Til one visit to the doctor I was told I miscarried the babies. Babies. I wasn't only carrying one. I was holding twins. I've always strives for twins. Then I lost them. So now I'm wanting tips on how to conceive with PCOS. Tips anyone ?
