I’ve had sex with my boyfriend a couple times and he asks me if i’ve hit the big O before and i say yes but i’m not really sure if i have.  How do you know when you’ve hit the big O ? do you just feel it or ??

I think it’s different for every person. You would most definitely know if you’ve orgasmed. 
When I orgasm, I feel like I can’t breathe and my vagina gets really tingly but it’s always a relief after I’m done orgasming. 
It’s different. My boyfriend always feels pressure to the side of his balls and obviously you can tell when a guy orgasms.
Just be safe and use protection. 
I’d also experiment and see what you like. That’s how I found out what makes me orgasm so when I did start having sex, I was able to tell my boyfriend what makes me wet and how I get off and vice versa.
