3 month old cries like mad at night

So a little back story. About 2 weeks ago my baby had a good rhythm of going to bed around 7:45 pm and would be fine until 10:30 dream feed. Within the last week( 12 week of age) he fights like crazy to sleep. Kind of likes he’s uncomfortable but I try every carry position and burp him to see If he has gas and nothing. Sometimes he will go back down 15-20min later or sometimes he stays awake until his 10:30pm feed. But the scream and crying is horrible and comes out of no where!

At first I thought maybe he slept too much during the day once ( he’s consistent on his nap times) But two days ago he barley napped all day and same thing happened.

He use to be such a good sleeper. He would wake up to eat around 5am and back to sleep. Now he toss and turns all night.

Any advice would be great.

One thing I think is possible teething. He’s drooling is crazy and he chews on his hands about all day.
