My heart has never been more broken
I was suppose to be 11 weeks 3 days, last night had went to the er for some light brown small bleeding. They couldnt find heartbeats I have twins. This was my first pregnancy and I have never felt true heart break like this before. There were no signs, nothing was wrong, I saw the heartbeats before but now there was nothing. How do I cope with this, how do I mourn these losses?
