Short Luteal Phase -Help!

Anyone dealt or dealing with this? If so, how did you lengthen? Im on 6 month TTC, and just got light spotting (9 dpo) for a lot of people this could be IB but I know its my period it always starts like this.

I've been tracking with opk and my luteal has been 7-10 days.

I know doctors wont consider me infertile till after a year but what if this is the problem?

Suggestions please!
