TMI! Is this normal?

Hey ladies, haven’t been on this for awhile. Anywho, so my SO and I had sex on Saturday, and I avoided sex throughout my whole pregnancy because I had bleeding and spotting issues (in 31w 5days), anyways after we were done it looked like a murder scene. Blood all over him, I’m leaking, and forget about the bed sheets. I immediately went and took a shower, put a pad and tried to relax. I figured since I’m close to delivery my cervix is extra sensitive. It’s now Monday and I’m still spotting and FYI my babygirl was a active baby, but now I barely feel her move. I have a dr appointment on Wednesday and Thursday.
