I’ll get real here. I work in the public health spectrum with communicable diseases and STDs are part of my job. Syphilis is running rampant I mean the rates it is being transmitted is mad high. One of the ways you get this is through oral sex, no other sex needed. If it’s a person you don’t know well and have no idea of their STD status, you should most definitely use condoms including with oral sex. Just my PSA for the day. Be safe out there folks.

Is this with someone you’re in a relationship with or casually dating? It makes a difference. I’ve never given my boyfriend a blowjob with a condom, I feel like it would defeat the purpose. If it’s a random hookup I would protect myself from STD’s, in fact I wouldn’t even go down on the person at all. If you’re having sex use a condom.
