Pregnant again?

I just had my daughter August 1 2018. I started having sex again when she was around 1 - 1 1/2 months old.. he was using withdrawal method my last period was the 17th of September but right now I feel like I’m pregnant all over again... boobs feel like something is pulling inside them (full?), nauseous, craving, bloated upper abdomen round lower abdomen, dizziness and fatigue smh ... thoughts? Could my hormones and body still be adjusting from the pregnancy?
