Please tell me my baby isn’t the only one

So my little guy is a very relaxed baby. I try to play with him and I am still working on tummy time but he always seems to not have any interest. When he is in his bouncer, he does kick his feet around and he looks at his toys but not much more that that. He will be 3 months on the 26th. I try to play with his toys and on top of that, my husband is the one that watches him during the day, 5 days a week and I honestly don’t know if he is practicing any of this with him. His toys and mats are always in the same exact spots as I left them.

This is how he usually is. Just “meh”. Lol
