Stress ??? How do y’all deal with stress through pregnancy???

Guys I am crazy stressed , we are in the middle of a pcs and I’m staying at my moms till December. My toddler and I are sharing a room which isn’t so bad . My issue is I am soo moody everything bugs me, I have no car to get around and borrowing a car from them always has its conditions. My question is how do y’all deal with stress while being in a stressful place ?????

A relaxing bath is not an option ( no tub) .
